The goal of Academic Pot is to provide science articles, research papers, podcasts, videos, educational/research services, magazines, scientific products etc. This site may allow visitors to post comments in response to articles, columns and other content, but comments are expected to meet standards described in the “Accepted standards of behaviour” section (below). This website is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.
You abide by our Cancellation/Refund Policy described later in these Terms and Conditions, while purchasing our products through this site, directly offline or any online or offline third-party store.

Academic Pot is not a mandated reporter, and is under no obligation to report any known or suspected instances of child, dependent adult or elder abuse to the proper authorities as set forth under applicable law.
We Do Not Provide Medical Advice

The Services may provide general information to clients for educational, informative and engagement purposes. Acadeic Pot has no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid, if any. Academic Pot shall have the right to moderate the comment threads on the Blog, Podcast, Video Platform, etc.
Your Works will be original and solely created by you, with us being deemed the owner of all rights now known or hereafter devised (including copyrights and extensions and renewals of copyrights) in and to the Work, with the right to commercially exploit and make all uses of the Work in perpetuity worldwide and make changes in each Work in any media or forum. Without further obligation to you and without limitation, we may use, reproduce, publish, sell, perform, distribute, archive, display, exhibit, edit, change, translate, reformat, add to, take from, reformat, make derivative works from, the Work in any manner and in any medium now known or as may evolve in the future. We may also authorize and control the exploitation of the same and to sue in respect of infringement of any such right, title and interest so assigned.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
No refund will be generated for the already delivered products as per the Delivery Policy described later in these Terms and Conditions, nor shall a replacement be processed in case of any physical damage to the product.
The applicable refund amount for the undelivered products, which will vary from product to product, will be issued to the User as per the discretion of Academic Pot (OPC) Private Limited and will be communicated to the User upon receiving their request.
The refund generated will be processed through third-party payment gateways, such as Razorpay, etc. and service providers, such as Banks, etc. to the same medium from which the original payment was made by the User. Academic Pot (OPC) Private Limited won't be responsible or liable for any loss or delay of payment due to these third-party service providers, and the User shall contact them directly for such cases. The User should also check their respective terms and conditions and privacy policy, and Academic Pot (OPC) Private Limited won't be responsible or reliable on behalf of these third parties.
To generate a cancellation/refund request, the User can email us at support@academicpot.com. Academic Pot (OPC) Private Limited has all the rights to deny such requests.
Delivery Policy
Academic Pot (OPC) Private Limited delivers products through third-party service providers, such as India Post, Amazon, etc., and Academic Pot will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any of the products ordered as per our Cancellation/Refunds Policy described earlier in these Terms and Conditions. The User shall contact such third parties directly and should check their terms of service and privacy policy, and Academic Pot (OPC) Private Limited won't be responsible on behalf of such third parties.
Waiver
Failure of Academic Pot to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms, conditions and covenants herein shall not be deemed a relinquishment or waiver of any rights or remedies that we may have, nor shall it be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the terms, conditions or covenants hereof, which terms, conditions and covenants shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions describe and encompass the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the site, the contents and materials provided by or through the site, and the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Panchkula, Harayana, India, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panchkula, Harayana, India, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence.
If any of these Terms and Conditions is (for any reason) held to be unenforceable, illegal or in some other way invalid, the unenforceable, illegal or invalid provision will not affect the remainder of these Terms and Conditions; and they will continue in full force and effect.
